FTP β For The People Roadside Assistance provides roadside assistance and, where legally permitted, mobile automotive services. Service availability depends on location, vehicle condition, weather, technician availability, safety conditions, and required parts.
Vehicle Lockouts: Customers may be required to provide identification and reasonable proof of ownership, possession, or authorization before lockout service is performed.
Mechanical Services: Any repair, diagnostic, maintenance, parts, or additional work must be authorized by the customer before work begins. Additional repairs or charges discovered after the initial estimate will require additional customer authorization before work proceeds.
Pricing: Posted prices are starting or base service prices unless specifically stated otherwise. Fuel, batteries, replacement parts, long-distance dispatch, taxes, and other authorized charges may be additional. The final authorized amount will be confirmed before chargeable work is performed.
Roadside Safety: Customers should remain in a safe location whenever possible and follow law-enforcement or emergency personnel instructions. FTP is not an emergency-response service. For emergencies involving injury, fire, traffic danger, or immediate threats to safety, call 911.
Location & Privacy: When a customer chooses βUse My Current Location,β the customer authorizes FTP to use the submitted location information for dispatch, service coordination, and service records.
